How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No! We provide free return shipping labels for all US customers. International customers receive discounted return rates.
Can I return custom printed jerseys?
Custom printed jerseys can only be returned if they arrive defective or not as ordered. Custom items in correct condition cannot be returned.
How long does the refund process take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 2-3 business days. It may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll send the correct item right away and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item.
Can I exchange for a different jersey?
Yes! You can exchange for any item of equal or lesser value. If the new item costs more, you'll pay the difference.
